Anti-Bullying Policy
Bullying in any form will not be tolerated. The mission of WCLA is for the athletes, supported by parents to work as one to provide for the growth of each individual by building mutual respect, encouragement and responsibility within a secure and supportive sporting environment.
Each and every member of WCLA centre community shares the collective responsibility to ensure all members feel they are safe, supported and valued as members of the centre at all times.
Code of Behaviour
WCLA Centre strives to make all athletes and parent/carers feel welcome. The centre is focused on providing a sense of community within the centre. To ensure that all athletes have a positive experience the centre requires that all athletes and parents/carers abide by the centres code of behaviour.
