In order to provide a range of events for our athletes, our club offers a 3-week rotation of events. This rotation provides the opportunity for athletes to participate in all events over the 3-week period. All events for each age group are approved by Little Athletics NSW.
Program changes are only due to unforeseen circumstances, however if it is necessary, the club will keep the disruption to a minimum. For wet weather or damp conditions, we will provide a wet weather program which generally consists of track events only.
The program is written for each age group to have a variety of track, jumping and throwing events each week. It is an expectation that athletes compete in their own age group regardless of what events are on and we do not allow athletes to compete below or above their own age group. At the discretion of the starter and timing gates operator, some events (e.g. long distance and walks) may be combined due to time constraints.
